Returns


We recommend you read our returns, exchanges and refunds policy before making a purchase on our website.

We want you to be totally confident and happy with your purchase, so if you have any questions, or anything we can help you with anytime, please reach out and send an email to hello@wildestclothingco.com.

If you want to return an item, please send us an email at hello@wildestclothingco.com. Make sure to include your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 48 business hours. Ideally, please email within 14 days of receiving your order, so we can get this process started.

Please note that all costs associated with sending the product back will need to be paid by you. It is your responsibility to make sure your return reaches us, so consider using a tracked method of postage. You will need to send the original product back unworn and unwashed with all labels still attached. Once we have received your return, we will process the replacement. We do not offer refunds unless the item is out of stock. Any refund, if provided, will be made to the same payment method used to purchase the product.

Faulty Items/Incorrect Item Received

If the product you have received is faulty or we have mistakenly sent you the wrong product, we will send a replacement of the same or correct size and style.

Change of Mind/Wrong Size

If you wish to exchange for a different size or change your mind for any reason, we will exchange for another colour or size in the same style only.

Sale Items

The purchase of discounted or sale items is deemed final (including items purchased with a discount code), and we do not offer returns or exchanges for these, unless they are faulty.
