General Information

Orders are shipped every weekday from New Zealand.

Please check all the information in your order carefully before submitting, as we hold no responsibility for orders that are not delivered, or delayed, due to the wrong address being given.

Domestic

Wildest offers free tracked standard domestic shipping on all orders. If your order is being shipped to a rural address, a $3.90 surcharge applies.

The shipping provider is NZ Post and orders should take 1-3 business days to arrive, once they are shipped.

You have the option to add the following extras to your order upon checkout:

Courier (next day delivery): +NZD$3.00
Courier + Signature: +$NZD6.00

International

International shipping is available at a flat rate.

Australia: NZD$15.00
Rest of World: NZD$30.00

Any international order may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arriving at the destination country. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the price of our products. These vary from country to country, so we can't provide an estimate of what they might be (usually a percentage of your order value). Your local customs office may be able to help you out.
